Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery - The Castle site comprises the 900-year-old Castle and a large gallery complex converted from the City’s Victorian prison It houses internationally important collections in archaeology, natural history, regimental history, and fine, decorative and contemporary art. - Step-free access is via the external lift in Castle Gardens. If you prefer not to use a lift, there is alternative step-free access to the Castle via Farmers Avenue or by the slopes in Castle Gardens. (Only one wheelchair-user at a time is permitted at first-floor level, to ensure that we can safely evacuate the building in the event of an emergency.) - borrow a portable hearing loop to use in our auditorium, accessible toilets and there is a "Changing Places" accessible toilet
