Banham Zoo- an award winning family attraction with over 2,000 animals from around the world and set in 50 acres of parkland and gardens - considered reasonably wheelchair and pushchair friendly. The Woodland Walk is, by its nature set in undulating woodland and is not suitable for wheelchair access. Viewing areas are designed with wheelchair users in mind allowing low level access and visibility. A lift is provided for use in the Giraffe House to access the first floor. A ramp also provides access via the Zarafa Heights Walkway. They also offer mobility scooter hire (charges). The Pavilion Café, the Australian Paddock, Giraffe House and the Woodland Roadtrain Station have independent disabled toilet facilities which in some cases also have dual use for baby change facilities

Norwich Castle and The Royal Norfolk Regimental Museum - now open in its new home at the heart of Norwich Castle, "stories are brought to life in new permanent displays, with first hand accounts of action in the First and Second World Wars and National Service."
