Silk Museum - Macclesfield - follows the full journey through the industrial process of silk making; explore silk from the cocoon to the loom. With plenty of hands-on exhibits for children and adults alike - disability access through the Museum garden which is to the right of the main entrance. Inside the Museum, exhibitions are linked by a series of ramps, disabled toilets on both floors. The temporary exhibition gallery is accessibly via a lift.
